Treatment Plans

There are many different ways to use the Center.  When you make an appointment with one of our specialists, they will assess the state of your condition and your current goals, we will determine whether your treatment would be enhanced by one of our neuroscientific techniques, a type of accelerated psychotherapy, or a combination of both.  Your specific program will be tailored to address the history and scope of your condition, as well as your strengths and skills.

  • If you would like to target a specific symptom that is diminishing your enjoyment of life, such as sleeplessness or performance anxiety, our specialists will help you chose a neuroscientific technique that will best help your condition.  If you want to sharpen your concentration for a particular performance or presentation, our specialists will help you determine a technique that best suits your needs.  Many people have accomplished these goals in as little as one or two visits to the Center.
  • If your condition is chronic, such as generalized anxiety or major depression, you may prefer to treat it more ambitiously with a combination of neuroscientific techniques, and also possibly an accelerated psychological treatment.
  • If your goals are more extensive and you would like to target the underlying psychological source of your condition so that your chances of relapse are minimized, you may want to choose our most comprehensive treatment. This encompasses a combination of accelerated psychotherapy infused with cutting-edge neuroscientific techniques.  This package helps reduce the possibility of future occurrences and increases your resilience should one occur.
Given the number of treatment variations described above, during your consultation, if it is determined that one of the neuroscientific techniques would expedite treatment, our specialist will then make a number of detailed recommendations.  We will suggest the type of technique, whether it should be used alone or in combination with other treatments, the order in which the techniques should be used to maximize the effect, and whether you need to come in for only one visit, a few visits, or more.  We will assess whether and which type of accelerated psychotherapies would best meet your goals, and whether combining your psychotherapy with neuroscientific techniques would enhance your treatment.
